Divided Truth, who brands itself as “authentic mosh,” live up to that title." Divided Truth is a southern metal/hard rock band based out of Jacksonville, Florida. The Band was formed in early 2019 by Chuck Hillyard and James Leopard.
Divided Truth quickly gained the support of Authentic Mosh Apparel, and most recently signed to Curtain Call Records.
A couple of months after being formed and having exploded the Jacksonville music scene, Chuck brought aboard his son Zakk Hillyard on Bass and Jerry Sible to take the mic. After a handful of shows Divided Truth earned a reputation of a high energy southern thrash metal/hard rock band.
This band is what moshing is made for! The band punched us all in the throat at the beginning of the set and saved some of the melodies for the end of their time with us. Divided Truth makes one thing clear, they are here, and they are heavy for you! We are sure Midnight Mosher was feeling totally at home along with the Cogs Of War - Mosh Team -DIVIDED TRUTH is a metal-core act. "There was jumping and screaming and sweating and blazing guitars and pounding drums and thundering bass and… well, you get the idea.
